Our summer hours begin July 1.  We will be open Wednesday - Saturday 10AM to 4PM. 

Please note: The nursery will be closed July 30-31 and August 28 for some much needed R&R.

Our fall hours begin September 1. We will be open Tuesday - Sunday 10AM to 4PM through the month of September.  We will be participating in several events during the month. Please click on our Calendar page for details.

Out in the Garden Nursery offers more than one hundred varieties of perennials including ferns, Hosta, Ligularia, Heuchera, , Dicentra, Carex, Brunnera and Actea to name a very few.  Our emphasis is on shade plants. Shade provides wonderful opportunities to bring color and visual interest  to the garden using foliage and texture. We also grow a number of sun-loving plants including a large selection of oranmental grasses that we feel are great additions to any garden!

We enjoy helping clients create appealing plant combinations. Our plant selection is constantly being refined and updated, providing a broad range of choices in many new and proven varieties.

Many of the plants we offer at our nursery are evergreen (or ever-purple, ever-chartreuse, as the case may be) for year-round interest.
